About
TSS Panels® are traditional standing seam panels. Supplied to site in pre rolled panels & lengths of various flashings. On-site roll forming of panels to any length is possible. Standard cover widths are 530mm for roof & 430mm for wall panels. Seam height 25mm suitable for roof pitches as low as 3° (5° is recommended)
The flashings shown below are for STS Panels® but can also be used for TSS Panels® essentially making TSS Panels® also suitable for self install. The only difference being the seams need folding on site to join them. ( Tool Hire Available )

TSS Panels® Are suitable for both roof and walls.
Can be supplied with various flashings to make up a complete roof or wall panels system.

TSS Panels® Are designed to be fully supported.
They cannot span battens or purlins and require a board with a minimum thickness of 18mm.

Available Metals We highly recommend TSS Panels® in GreenCoat PLX Pural BT.
Other options include Coated Aluminium, Greencoat PLX Pro BT options, Roofinox Stainless Steel, Corten Steel along with Aurubis natural copper along with a number of zinc options.

Installation Services Currently Merlin Metals only supply materials and do no offer installation services directly
However we can direct you to a training provider for hard metal roofing, should you be planning to install your self.

Standard roof flashings
For custom roof flashings or for standard flashings where project specific dimensions are required. Clear drawings must be supplied showing any dimensions, angles and colour side.
- For Standing Seam Roofing
- Standard 2 metre lengths
- Custom Lengths possible ( 3200mm )
- Liners flashings are 2 metre standard lengths
