About

STS Panels® standing seam panels with a snap together seam design. Supplied to site in pre rolled panels & lengths of various flashings. Standard lengths are up to 12 metres, longer if possible to transport Standard panels are 25mm seam x 425mm & 38mm seam x 386mm.

25mm seam suitable for roof pitches as low as 7° 38mm seam for roof pitches as low as 3°

Details

  • STS Panels® Are suitable for both roof and walls.

    Can be supplied with various flashings to make up a complete roof or wall panels system.

  • STS Panels® Are designed to be fully supported.

    They cannot span battens or purlins and require a board with a minimum thickness of 18mm.

  • Available Metals We highly recommend STS Panels® in GreenCoat PLX Pural BT.

    Other options include Coated Aluminium, Greencoat PLX Pro BT options, Roofinox Stainless Steel, Corten Steel along with Aurubis natural copper.

  • Installation Services Currently Merlin Metals only supply materials and do no offer installation services directly

    However we can direct you to a training provider for hard metal roofing, should you be planning to install your self.
